    You can bring your own modem provided it is one of the models listed below. AS OF JULY 1 2022, ROGERS IS ONLY ACCEPTING DOCSIS 3.1 MODEMS FOR ANY NEW ORDERS OR TRANSFERS BETWEEN PROVIDERS.

    Do I need to have cable TV to be able to get cable internet?

    You do NOT have to subscribe to or already have cable TV services in order to get cable internet.

    Where are your cable internet services available?

    These packages are only available in Rogers serviced areas.  But we do offer services throughout Ontario so contact us for availability.

    How long does it take to activate service?

    Cable orders typically take 7 to 10 days, but CAN take up to 2 weeks for activation. It all depends on the scheduling of the upstream provider.

    When is my first payment due?

    Your first payment is due once we have confirmation of your activation date. We will e-mail you an invoice and charge your credit card.

    Are there contracts?

    Netfox does not have contracts. We are a prepaid service that runs month-to-month. Please note that the first month is non-refundable. We are also unable to offer refunds if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.

    What are the methods of payment?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Visa Debit & pre-authorized debit.

  • OTHER CHARGES

    • New installations are free when you purchase one of our cable modems. $60.00 when you bring your own modem
    • If you have existing cable internet with another provider, we will transfer you for free
    • Equipment shipping within Ontario is $15.00 + tax
    • $60.00 Move to a new location
    • $15.00 Change of speed fee (up or down)
    • $15.00 for any payments returned dishonoured by the bank (NSF)
    • Modem Swap $15.00
    • Taxes extra on all plans
