    As a Netfox customer you are required to provide your own modem. For your convenience we offer several reliable models for sale. Shipping is a flat $15.00 + tax over the modem price. We also pre-program all units unless instructed otherwise. Sorry we do not rent modems at this time.

    NETFOX PHONE & DSL/FTTN INTERNET SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ACROSS ONTARIO AND QUEBEC WHERE TECHNOLOGY PERMITS.

  • OTHER CHARGES

    • Add a Static IP for only $5.00 per month
    • $25.00 Change of speed fee (FTTN to FTTN only. Upgrading from 6Mbps DSL to FTTN is $50.00)
    • If you do not have an active Bell phone number, dry loop charges will apply.
    • $15.00 for any payments returned dishonoured by the bank (NSF)
    • Taxes extra on all plans

    If you do not have an active landline, then a dry loop will be required.  There is an additional charge for the dry loop based on your location; contact us to verify your rate band.
