July 3 2023- Hello everyone. We have been receiving reports of customers experiencing issues across Nova Scotia today. Although the issues do not appear to affect everyone - there appear to be a lot of people impacted. The issue is currently being investigated and we have engaged our last mile cable provider as the issue appears to be within their network. Our tech team is taking a lot of calls so our apologies if it takes us a bit longer than normal to get back to you - we will post updates here as we have them.
