If were busy enough that we can’t pick up your call right away, we stop answering the phones until all messages have been caught up. This insures that everyone is dealt with in the order they called. The longer you wait to leave a message, the longer you will wait to get attended to. ‘Maybe this time’ is unlikely to work if we’re busy enough.
