    Do I need to have cable TV to be able to get cable internet?

    You do NOT have to subscribe to or already have cable TV services in order to get cable internet.

    Where are your cable internet services available?

    Alberta & BC cable internet is presently available in Shaw Cable serviced areas.

    How long does it take to activate service?

    Cable orders can take up to 2 weeks for service activation, it all depends on the scheduling of the upstream provider.

    When is my first payment due?

    Your first payment is due once we have confirmation of your activation date. We will e-mail you an invoice and charge your credit card.

    Are there contracts?

    NetFox does not have contracts. We are a prepaid service that runs month-to-month. Please note that the first month is non-refundable. We are also unable to offer refunds if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.

    What are the methods of payment?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Visa Debit & pre-authorized debit.

  • OTHER CHARGES

    • New installations are $25.00 when you purchase one of our cable modems. $60.00 when you bring your own modem
    • If you have existing cable internet with another provider, we will transfer you for free
    • $60.00 Move Fee
    • $15.00 Change of speed fee (up or down)
    • $15.00 for any payments returned dishonoured by the bank (NSF)
    • Modem Swap $15.00
    • Taxes extra on all plans

    Please be advised that move orders require at least 12 to 15 days notice to complete. If you’re moving, the more notice we have the more likely we can get your service moved on time!
