    What is the difference between the cable modem choices?

    The Hitron CDA3-20 is a straight cable modem with no wireless capabilities. This modem is good for people who want to use a separate wireless router. The DG3270 has built in wireless capabilities built in to a single unit.

    Do I need to have cable TV to be able to get cable internet?

    You do NOT have to subscribe to or already have cable TV services in order to get cable internet.

    How long does it take to activate service?

    eCable orders can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days, it all depends on the scheduling of the upstream provider.

    When is my first payment due?

    Your first payment is due once we have confirmation of your activation date. We will e-mail you an invoice and charge your credit card.

    Are there contracts?

    Netfox does not have contracts. We are a prepaid service that runs month-to-month. Please note that the first month is non-refundable. We are also unable to offer refunds if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.

    What are the methods of payment?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Visa and Mastercard Debit & pre-authorized debit.
