    Do I need to have cable TV to be able to get cable internet?

    You do NOT have to subscribe to or already have cable TV services in order to get cable internet.

    Where are your cable internet services available?

    These packages are only available in Cogeco serviced areas.  But we do offer services throughout Ontario so contact us for availability.

    How long does it take to activate service?

    Cable orders can take 7 to 10 days for service activation, it all depends on the scheduling of the upstream provider.

    When is my first payment due?

    Your first payment is due once we have confirmation of your activation date. We will e-mail you an invoice and charge your credit card.

    Are there contracts?

    Netfox does not have contracts. We are a prepaid service that runs month-to-month. Please note that the first month is non-refundable. We are also unable to offer refunds if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.

    What are the methods of payment?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Visa Debit & pre-authorized debit.
