1.Open Outlook Express. From the top menu select 'Tools', and from the dropdown menu select 'Accounts'.

2. The Internet Accounts window will open. Choose the 'Mail' tab at the top, then on the right hand side choose 'Add'. A new menu will open, choose 'Mail'.

3. This will open the Internet Connection Wizard. Enter the display name you want people to see when they receive your e-mails, then click 'Next' at the bottom.

4. Now you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address you chose for this account. Enter it here and click 'Next' at the bottom.

5. In this window you have to define your e-mail servers. Make sure 'POP3' is selected from the top dropdown menu. Your incoming mail server is mail.netfox.ca , and your outgoing mail server is mail.netfox.ca . Click 'Next' at the bottom.

6. Here you have to enter your account name and password so Outlook Express can access your e-mail from the server. Your account name is your full e-mail address, and your password is the one you chose (or was assigned to you) when you registered your account with us. Make sure the 'Remember Password' box is checked. Click next and you're done!
