1.Open Outlook 2007. Go to the top Tools menu and choose 'Account Settings'.

2. The Account Settings window will open. Choose the E-mail tab, and click on 'New'.

3. The Add New E-mail Account Window will open. Choose the 'Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP' radio button and click 'next' at the bottom.

4. The next window should say 'Auto Account Setup' near the top. Leave the fields blank; put a checkmark in the box at the bottom that says 'Manually Configure Server Settings…' . Click 'Next'.

5. The next window is where you choose your e-mail service. Click on the 'Internet E-mail' button and click next.

6. Now you're at the e-mail settings window. Here are instructions on how to fill in the fields in this section.
'Your Name' field - Type your name the way you want people to see it when they receive your e-mails.
'E-mail Address' field - Type in your full NetFox e-mail address.
Your 'Incoming Mail Server' - mail.netfox.ca
Your 'Outgoing Mail Server' - mail.netfox.ca
User Name - this is your full e-mail address
Password - this is the password you either chose or were assigned when your e-mail account was set up
Make sure the 'Remember Password' box is checked. Click the Test Account Settings button and if everything comes back completed then you're all set to go. Click 'Next'.

7. Congrats, you're done!
